Well done Preedy, I got some good feedback on your efforts from Nat. I am sure players will look forward to more of your efforts.
Thanks,
Makz.

First of all, my timeconverter.com is not as trustworthy as I thought a properly programmed web interface should be Apparently it happened at 5pm my time, but I logged in "early" at 5:30 expecting it at 6:00, and lo and behold, I was 30 minutes in. Luckily, preedy graciously allowed me in. Lumix had an internet connection disaster. He has moved to a new studio and apparently is suffering some woes in getting it up proper. That is a common problem in the city I live in, although I think in Lumix's case is was not architectural but had something to do with his landlord. He told me on the phone while the event was going on that he wished he could be there. I had a lot of fun with Razzler Glee, the Fantastic Drastic Dazzler Schlee. I got a little flak for the constant rhyming and some of the excessive flourish that comes out of a flamboyant personality like Razzler's, but all in all I had a lot of fun doing it, and I'll just pretend the others are jealous It is easy to generate a list of words that rhyme, but its quite another to speak non-scripted sentences on the fly that are relevant to the conversation of the story in that kind of prose. I stuck militantly to my alignment, and I think the chaos was very apparent from the weak knees to the answering of the demilich's riddle without the group's permission, effectively risking everybody's life on a whim -- a gamble that thankfully for Razzler, was successful. All in all, I felt the party was very focused to accomplish the objective. Verbena led, and I was surprised less people questioned her, given that she was both short and a thief-appearing class, which are two red flags for any Fredian assuming leadership. Razzler was very critical of her in an attempt to encourage a little more dissent, but because of his weakness in battle, fell short of outright saying it would be a bad idea to follow a thief (or someone short enough to be one). From the DM side, I should probably tip Karl off now that most parties will be fairly "objective oriented" like this one. It is very Fredian standard for most of the events I have done, and this party reflects the typical Fredian adventure party. It is always fun to plant a few mind twisters to bungle up those who charge straight for the goal -- and I think the lich's riddling was an excellent addition to the quest and an example of a spot where you can't just run off to the next encounter -- good job preedy! Everyone has their own style, and preedy will surely develop his own, but I might add it is a bit fun to have the NPCs be dishonest with the PCs or give them the wrong plot to begin with. Many folks just go to point A when an NPC says something about going to point A, often without questioning its motives. Its also quite a riot to see the party discover that it was the butler in the end. The dying guard and Sir Ganfry were very reasonable sources, so I can hardly blame them. The revelations of the drow trying to free Damien are quite interesting and can set the stage for a lot of good plots. My rational mentality would predict that by setting Damien free they can ravage the main isle of Fredian, but if a guy like Damien gets out of control, he may ravage Alvearia when he is finished with Castille, but it makes sense that the drow would play with powers they don't fully comprehend -- it is very drowlike It is also a hotu theme (the valsharass and mephistopheles). Overall, very well done!

*hangs her head in shame for causing the porr limey grief*
Verbena would like to make it clear that while she MIGHT be a sneak, she is NOT a thief!
And Nat, I expect the rhymester version of events up in the in character forum...should be interesting to see how his version differs from Verbena's.
