I was told today that i should read the board... and That I should post... I was specifically asks to go check out the CJ conversations...
SO after calming myself down after being told I complain(when I was really asked why) that I am hostille (when really the only hostillity I had arose from that comment)
And that I was making acusation... I decided to come and take a long time to read the very long post you have all made about the CJ...
To finnaly make an opinion an notice these conversation are locked and I CANNOT post my opinion...
I found it Ironic... It must be fate...

Sorry Adyanna, That whole topic is being reviewed in a much more intense and controlled fasion now, with intent to develop something simple and concrete to grow from. It is being broken down to a much more workable level in its own sub-board makzimia.proboards19.com/index.cgi?board=criminal. You are encouraged to make comments to each individual topic as they are presented. In general, only 1 topic (currently Crimes - the link that ride sent you) will be unlocked for responce to prevent chaos in this multifaceted topic. Thanks! |

Ya well that sub board... is all loked except on the vigilante subject... and I don't really have an opinion on that one and I can't make a new topic so... What do you want me to do...
I would also point out that I am pointing out that board
(and that I am getting refere to it again and again) I don't need to know where it is I know that...
These topics are nothing more than a library right now the only thing I could do was vote...
ANd now you put a FINAL TOPIC CLOSE to the one topic that wasn't locked...
So I guess it is fate and my opinion wasn't meant to be heard
And please I am not complaining... I tried and fail... Case close.
Won't be trying again and again...
PLEASE nobody give me anothe link to the topics that don't alow me to post please... This is just the kind of things that makes me not want to post here...

 it is limited to a structure to help sort things out step by step... Silentus is being kind enough to sort through the MANY ideas and hopefully make sense of it all in the end for you all... bear with him.. he is doing a great job. In the meantime, any thing not related to that particular topic can be in here, general chat. But please leave all CJ stuff in it's context, I am sure Silentus will make what is necessary as each step progresses. Makz. |

Obviously I was too late...(and I was ask bu Addicted2rpg to come and give my opinion) And I am not complaining... I am just pointing out that it is not easy... and That it is a lot more trouble than it's worth in the end...

One last comment on that CJ part. I closed out the CRIMES topic because it was simple and 2 days was enough to cover the concept sufficiently. After cloasing that, I opened the next topic - Justice/Enforcement. Due to the nature of this one, it took me nearly an hour to accumulate all the data I wanted to begin the thread. You must have checked while I was doing so.
As stated in my preevious message, this conversaion is no longer free-form as it gets us nowhere towards our true goal. Please post your opinions about each topic as it arises and before youkonw it we will have something in place (for better or worse).

It's "check the boards often, it is going fast if you only check once in a while" Mak said he wanted your opinion and to post it here if it isn't available in Criminal Justice, that way he can know it. I read his post here in this thread and that is how it came across to me. We all know proboards19.com that hosts The Fredian Threads has problems that can make getting on and posting a challange at times. I suggest reading the section dedicated to if you are having getting posts into that thread, summerize your thoughts and post it here for Mak to read, that way Mak will know what you are thinking. But if you can get into an open topic thread, post your ideas about that topic there also. If you have no particular opinion about a specific topic say so to let people know you read the topic. If people are asking you for your opinions to be posted they must think your opinion counts |

Actually what I read from this is if I have an opinion about something else than the CJ I can post it here...
And Makz didn't ask me Addicted did...
I understand, "You Snooze you loose" just don't ask me to do something and then make it imposible... That's all...

Did you even read Mak's post in this thread, he did say he would like your opinion if you read them. He put 2 posts in this thread you started. If it is too late for a topic in Criminal Justice thread to post it here.
I don't know if you watch the show "West Wing" or not, but in one of the episodes President Bartlett tells a group of students, "...decisions are made by people who show up...", which is very true.

Whoa there, Avenger! Down boy, down! hehehe ;D Firstly, not everyone can sit around staring at the boards waiting for a new thread to pop up. A lot of us have jobs, spouses, lives, etc... As such, it's not easy for everyone to maintain the "fast paced" rigorous lifestyle of a proboard junky. You've got to give some of us a little extra time to keep up with the herd  Secondly, Makz VERY specifically said, not once, but twice, NOT to post CJ opinions here. Those of us who missed out will just have to hope we catch the next open *related* thread. Lastly, the "decisions are made by those who show up" quote was pretty unfair. After all, she DID show up. It just happened that by the time she found out about the party, the doors were already shut. Anyway, I understand the need to lock subjects to maintain order, but I also understand the frustration of having a good idea and not being allowed to express it. If we want people to continue to post, let's try not jumping up and down on them when they get a little frustrated, especially when it's because they're so excited about sharing their ideas on how to make this an even better place, eh? Me |

Maybe I misunderstood what Mak meant by "current CJ discussions", he may have meant don't discuss anything relating to crimes and a justice system. I used to have 1 or 2 jobs a day to tend too plus a wife and kids so I can understand what prioritizing can mean to recreational activities. Millions of Americans fail to make voting a priority so their voices go unheard in elections. And I was not trying to berate anyone for not making it to the CJ Section to make their voice(s) heard, I was merely pointing out that it is moving fast and haste would be prudent to have your voice(s) heard. |
