This is a sticky FYI to save us all a lot of trouble down the road, as new people join the forums. If you are interested in an event and are not sure about the timezone, check a public website such as www.timezoneconverter.com/cgi-bin/tzc.tzcto find out what time the event is for your zone. To DM's: always state the timezone after the time you post so people can convert it if they are not sure when that is for them.

If you a run time through that link, find another time converting site and run it through that one too to double check. Its not entirely correct! Erp!... so embarassing. I think if Silentus can come up with an In-House solution, more power to him.

Started to... even found some nice code to work with tbut it doesnt include dst... Problem is I'm not really a coder (just know how to steal others ). I havnt given up on it, but its also not a priority anymore. On the other side of things, the Player Map in Important Info has time zones listed (along with IoF time - useing West Coast time zone as 0 and everwhere else as an offset from there.) Please note that those of you in other countries might have a bit of confusion with this in the spring dst change as the US date for daylight savings time is different from other international standards. US seems to be a week later than most european standards (or at least it was this spring). The fall one seems to be the same internationally.
