Hey, I have been rying to find speed boots, but no luck. I heard they are for sale in some city i havent found yet.  So mayby someone wants to get me 2 pairs? I can pay with bags of holding or bear hides. I think thats best i can offer atm. My all chars first names are Tapper. So answer here or catch me ig. |

You know, adding in items that boost movement speed without the added haste affect would be nice, mainly at the lower levels though.

I was talking about boots that have the expiditous retreat spell in them unlimited. Like the boots of speed have the haste spell in them unlimited.
Well If I read the request correct it was for boots that have the speed benefits of haste but not the extra AC and attack the spell haste generates.
If I am correct Expiditious retreat does just that. But it also has a very limited duration whem cast. (in the rounds I think). So it would be a "Hit the nitrous button" if it cast it. Any how There is so much haste stuff out there why bother. The ILR of boots of speed is very low in Fredian standards and this is just silly.

I'm saying and AA has wiz/sorc levels and could just cast the spell themselves. I'm also aware the benefits of having it on all the time in an item similar to haste, but using ex. retreat spell.  Also, the craftable cloak is ~2 levels lower than the boots. I think you can wear the boot at 11, the cloak at 9, IIRC. |
