a thought that it would be easier to put someone in jail as an imediate of all items dropped in a chest outside of the cell and they only be given a robe and nothing else until they are out and that all spells be cancelled..... but that is just a thought to make it easier to spend time in jail or for them be not as easy an escape...

An interesting thought, but Makzimia and I talked a bit how removing (or transfering in this case) entire inventories can create lag in the server (I hope my memory is right and a number of people carry *a lot* of junk). Also, you got those people who horde truck loads of ingots and gems on their person and the scripts wouldn't like that very much.

you have a very good point there i forgot about lag and fredian does not need it.... but an item of matter or another thought is that they are told to do so maybe they can complie if they do not strip of items in a chest add jail time by like minutes maybe.

The DC for the jail cells is pretty high as it is now. If you can't beat the DC you ain't goin nowhere unless someone breaks you out.
