I was thinking, and might add potential RP value if more portable placeables could be added for players could use. They would function similar to what the tent does, just with a lot wider selection. Portable chairs, tables, small rugs, etc (some sittable, depending on the placeable).
Any thoughts? Comments?

I love that idea... sitable chairs would be the one most used I would think.
There are kind of 2 ways to consider this... 1. Only items that a character might be able to carry on thier person: Small items like books, rugs and the likes
2. Items to hlep players run thier own events of sorts... Dead bodies, furnishings, rocks, etc...
Likely there may be techinical issues with this whole thing, and Makz might not like it - but I really lthink its worth exploring a bit.

No not practical, or desirable sorry. The closest I have ever seen to this, and remotely be practical, was players being able to purchase furniture for a house with persistent DB use... there are SO MANY places to RP out that were built with RP in mind, that there should be no reason that a player cannot get something out of the existing scenery/placeable/enviroments. You want lag? look at an area with a lot of placeables in, giving that ability to players to do adhoc, not happening. Makz.
