Ok Fredians, This is just a quick poll to see how many people would like to see a "Wand of Performance" in the game. Its baisically a simple effects wand to help out when RP'ing or story telling as a Bard. Since the "Bard Popullation" is unknown, I thought I would ask to see if this would be something worthy of addicted2rpg's time. Hopefully there are more than just two Bards out there.  Anywho, I hope to get a lot of feedback from this so please vote. Many Thanks, Lumix |

i agree a wand made for bards performances doing some cool FX's would be sweet.

I wouldn't right away make a Bard character so I can use the wand, but its a great idea for those that does have Bard characters.

I say GIMME! ;D I think a wand of performance would be awesome. Throw in a bit of effects to make RP alot more fun. Besides.. like I'm going to say no to a new gadget to mess around with  . |

Whelp, we have "great idea, gimme" at 3 at the time of this posting. 4 would use it if it existed. 7 say it would be cool but its not a priority. In line with these results, it goes to the bottom of the extended queue -- not the normal queue but the extended queue, right below all fixes to all systems and completion of all other queue elements When it comes up in turn, I'll approach Makz about making one. Remember, in Makz's words to me in an e-mail, that "Brush fire issues" sometimes come up, so many things get inserted at the top of the queue as well due to their urgency... so its order in line is not totally gauranteed. Thanks Lumix for bringing, albeit indefinitely bringing, the Wand of Performance (if Makz approves it) to the Island of Fredian. We might even ramp it off the DM wand with "performance" skill unlocking a new effect as it goes higher and higher, although it probably won't unlock them all even at the highest (i.e., the earthquakes) =-) Keep in mind the House system will probably be in before this. |
