Cheer to you Silentus first time anyone has attempted to address serious issues of crime and punishment on Fredian. Good show I think the system is well balanced and fair. There is my fourteen cents worth:D

Sorry to put a spanner in the works Slientus ...but i voted against it, although i feel we do need a system in place, and you have thought long and hard over this it seems.
My concern is that bottom line, its far too complicated....the whole crime and punishment procedure needs to be simple, yet effective, and a minimal drain on resources. (Hell, we all know how buggy HOTU code is!)
So there's my 20 pence worth (heh ;D sorry, needed a uk reference in here somewhere!)
