It occurs to me that in polls like the punishment one (where people can select as many options as they like) we need some way of determining what should be instituted. Please use the voting buttons above to select what constitues an overall concensus. I dont really wish to see discussion on this topic unless you feel it is really necasary. I want to see at least 7 votes here before we have a 'ruling.'

Ok, looks like the 66% ers have it (only 6 votes so far, but its 2 to 4 (66% - hehe), so the 7th vote still would not tip the scales.

In cases wherean optional rule may be applied, a 66% majority will be required for serious consideration.
