These are the rules for criminal justice in the land as voted upon and via 66% or greater consensus. All items agreed upon by Makzimia (those in red have been modified / added / or completed by Makz)
1. OFFICIAL POSITIONS[/b]
...A. Knights function as Law Enforcement, Judge, Jury, Jailer & Executioner
...B. Knights will be appointed by King Wend (number and who to be decided by Makz)
...C. Knights will attempt to have a resonable number on duty at a time (number to be decided by Makz)
...D. Knights will wear Uniform armor when on duty
...E. Knights may choose when they are on/off duty
...F. Knights will be responsible for posting all Thieving and Homicidal CONVICTIONS on the forums.

2. JURISDICTION
...A. Knights may detain anyone to question them about any crime accusation (suspect or witnesses)
.........(Failure to comply with questioning will result in a charge of impeding justice)
...B. Accusations may only be made by visual witnesses to the crime (or the victim if he makes the appropriate checks)
...C. Knights may only respond to accusations of crimes occuring in the following areas:

...D. Knights may give chase to suspects in all areas except:

.........A reminder a guard tower related to Whillem is actually in Clevian Foothills, that is the last boundry of Whillem. North Desert would still be entered either a: incognito, or b: with a large group if ordered there by the King.

3. GUILT DETERMINATION
...A. Knights have full autonomy to Judge any accused suspect
...B. Knights can allow for Trial by Combat for difficult guilt determination:

4. CRIMES & PUNISHMENT
...When punishing guilty parties, Knights should follow these sentacing guidelines when possible

.........Return of stolen item (or replacement value if no longer in possesion of item)
