Knights, Guards and enforcers of law, As a Citizen of Styne, I am growing increasingly concerned of the quantity of criminals who remain wanted, yet roam our streets. These career criminals plague us daily, yet the law either doesnt know or care that they plague us. More effort should go into searching out these dozen or so who you admit have escaped justice and continue to do so. The are a tax on our saftey and a blight on our law enforcements reputation.

(By the by, I believe one of these foul men has stolen my prized dagger. Should you find it on his person, please return it to me.)

*A letter response gets sent back to Marsh Snyder, which was slipt underneath his front door.*
Dear Mr. Snyder, Your concern is noted and are already aware of the problem that persists. However, our system is horridly flawed as the current method of determent does not make known criminals stop their criminal activities. Simple jail time and execution is not enough to deter these criminals. As such, our hands are tied unless King Wend changes it otherwise.
*Signed* Sir Mackenzie Cainalson, Knight of Castille.
