Please can you tell me what to do. But on other merchants I don't crash.

What OS are you running? and did you do a manual or exe version install of CEP 1.50? that problem has been experienced by others in the past, and it is caused by CEP not being installed correctly, or, by a corrupt install. Get a fresh copy of CEP1.50 and reinstall, and see if you still have this issue. I suggest the FULL exe version install.
