Please note this change, or more to the point clarification.

4a. PP of a PC is acceptable at 2 times per game day and as long as the player is a: moderate to you and b: above level 5. This applies to a dead PC also.

Please note - the Rules for play on the Island of Fredian have been modifed slightly. The largest differece is basically that characters under 6th level should not be targets for PvP activities (combat & pick pocketing) and the aggressor in PvP should only involve those that show up as moderate or higher in exprieince.

There are some other additions and revisions as well, please take the time to read this over as you will be expected to play within these guidelines.
