As of today Merrick Wend, until any change happens, will be played by Cartoonic, he has MUCH more time to play than I do, and I feel since Merrick is such an integral part of Fredian, he needs more presence.

Ok I meet the King and it appears he does not want to RP or mybe that is just his charater. I have read his story and still I just hoped for so much more. He ran everyone off in the first like 4 minutes. If this continues I am afraid that noone will care about this king,even his most valuble followers. Most people I have played in my years of D&D are all good. This is the first time I ever really tryed to play an evil person. But if I was good like Karl and Mack, would I serve under this king? No Way. Dont kings suppose to have some type of charasma or something I dont know. I was just very disappointed.  Oh well. |

cartoonic took this role on to give a presence, Merrick Wend is somewhat illusive, but, he is just on his L plates so to speak  and has in fact done much more than what you experienced, you just got him when he wasn't doing much Makz. |

lol Well I would think the kings are not always what you expect  We all have our own Fantasy thought of what a king should be or what a good guy should be or do but the truth of the matter is ..........is anyone really what you think they should be? Go for it Cartoonic and be darn what the populace has to say. OFF WITH THEIR HEADS!!!! j/k good luck ;D Kline ...go with it and make the best of it you can. Make it a challenge.  |

As I said before I didnt know if that was suppose to be his character or not. It is fine by me the King is like this gives my character something to go into town and start stuff over. Cartoonic I enjoy playing with you on this server, you are a good roleplayer and I know this. If this is how you wish to act like the King is then so be it. I was just voicing myself to get an answer to see if you where just busy that day or if that how the King is. I have seen evil kings before on TV and ones that are just a down-right mean. I in no way meant for this or any other comment I make to upset anyone or tell anyone they suck at RP. Sometimes it seems this way though because you are just reading off a form. If you heard my voice though and see how I am in real life you would know. I dont like putting people down or calling them names. Or saying that someone is better at something than someone else. Better is not the word different is the word. All this just means that take into account that I am new here and just want to learn more of this world and the people in it. I see a great story in Fredian and many great adventures down the road. I look through hundreds of servers before I found this one. I stopped here because I saw something in this place that no other had. Friends// ands good roleplay. This is why I also told my friends about this place. I tested playing this server for a month before I brought my friends into Fredian. I want to make sure this place was good. And it was and still is a great place.. I hope that everyone enjoys our company because we enjoy yalls a lot (yalls= Texas for you all if you did not know). Well thanks again to everyone that has made our stay here so great. I to agree that the kings appearence will have a greater impact on players because you hear about him but hardly ever see him. i witnessed an execution of some (Unamed person) the other night and the king was there it sort of sets the hole RP moment with the king being there and all. so i think its a great idea. ;D |
