I was in the sewers castile city gates and went into city wall and all was dark.
i dont know if this was a bug or not.
when i left wall into castile city gates area was still dark.
and none of my light stuff worked to make it so i could see not my armor , belt , rings. or spells.
i do believe that one or more of these things should have had some affect but they didnt.
if this wasnt a bug im sorry for the bother.

My shrink told me not to wory it realy is the rest of the world
