Please vote if you think to many lower level people ask you to help them level. I don't agree with power leveling and now that there is no need they should be able to level up by themselves. i don't hate them because i was once a low level but i manged to level myself by doing the quests and going to the castle. For help purposes (lower level people should get a ranged weapon to kill the zombies in the castle then when you get to about level 4-5 you should be able to kill them in melee) so ask me if you want anything like advice etc. but don't ask me to help you level.  |

Powerleveling is looked down upon, the DMs have stated that if your traveling with someone that is +/-5 levels you would be docked 2 levels. I spoke with Makz. about this and he agreed for epic characters it should be more like 10. So if your 34 you can travel with 24-40, this makes sense as a 34th level character is nearly as powerfull and could likely handel things by themselves. It's also not benefitial to gain XP, because if both traveled by themselves they would get more XP. The +/- 5 level thing is stuff from shouts from the DMs, the +/-10 for epic level characters is something I talked to Makz. about in tells. I wouldn't take this post as gospel until Makz. confirms this. ;D

I was sure somewhere I posted about 10 level difference, and I am too busy first thing this morning to re-find my own post. Anyway, basically it is simple RPers can hang with whomever they want for exploring, just taking a PC who is 10 levels or more lower than you when you are epic is not on for merely getting XP, the rest of my example is posted in that link Phoenix put in.

Heh Well, I don't like PL'ing and I don't want to help anyone else PL either, however, I rarely ever ask anyone what "season" they are. If one of my characters would be inclined to help someone that asks, they do it, and not if not. Last night I had a most enjoyable discussion with a young cleric named Heron. Mala enjoyed talking to him even if she is becoming cynical and bitter in the extreme. He asked for ADVICE, not actual help. That was very refreshing. We talked by the fireside for at least a RL hour and he gained nothing but some knowledge, some advice, and a donation to his ministry (which rather surprised him I think). Not that we haven't beat this deceased equine into rigor mortis already, but the only real rule is use common sense... Rule of opposing metacarpal digit, if you dropped connection, would it mean certain demise of your companion(s)? If so, you really shouldn't be with them  |

Yep we've beaten this one to death! Just don't powerlevel, because it's no fun (fighting the same thing over and over) and not fair to characters who have died multiple times trying to level thier characters. I believe that most of us on the forums agree and understand. It's the newbies we need to really be wary about. Thank God I haven't recieved a training tell in a long while. |

Can some one please tell me if there will be any more ore comming out after Myrkandite because i hear on a DM quest there was one called Mixandite or some name simmilar just want to know whats happing and if this is true  |
