[Wow never hit the 'enter' key here sheesh]
I've been building notes on various aspects of Fredian to help with my RP and I noticed... Fredian has no god(dess) of love, be it romantic, fraternal, erotic, or philosophical... hmm:-) I have to ask Nat, was that deliberate? You've got me curious:-)
Hanah ... knowing a few chars who will volunteer to be the 'god of love'#nosmileys

Anah is the closest thing of altruistic / societal love. Shimri covers friendship and cooperative relationships ("fraternal"). As for romantic (the polite way to say sexual), I actually thought of it. Really. But there is a certain DM, and a category of players of that certain DM, I didn't want to write for on that topic. And I don't do those "just committment" deities raaahahahahha p.s. not going to copy venus/aphrodite

Thanks for the clarification, Nat... the division of duties you described makes a lot of sense. I guess even most Western pantheons don't have a clear-cut deity of love... while Aphrodite may be a goddess of romantic love, Demeter is clearly parental love and Hera marital love.
*updates her notebook*
Thanks again for drawing the distinction.
