This is mostly from another Forum.... posted here at the req of the big cheese himself 
(I have changed the URL's to reflect my website however...)
I tried to change them into another format to try and force a smaller file size... it did not work, RAR is still the smallest. I only managed to get it 10K smaller using a higher compression lvl than the original author, but that's not much....
If anyone just absolutly needs another type of compressed file, (ZIP for example) I can make them for ya, but they will be much larger files....
They are RAR archives (you need to have WinRAR or equiv.)
Sick of the same old portraits and heads?
You can grab these files this guy extracted from the haks, and install them as follows:
Portraits file:
r1de.net/nwn/cep/CEP-portraits.rar (~27MB)
extract the files in portraits.rar to your nwn\portraits directory. If there is no portraits folder in your NWN install directory, just create one.
New CEP heads:
r1de.net/nwn/cep/CEP-override.rar (~13MB)
back up your NWN\override folder. Now, extract the files in override.rar to NWN\override.
this should be fairly easy for most.... if you need help post here and I'll try to help you, but I don't see it as being an issue for most ppl... not even hanah on her MAC lol
