Vugs and I tried to make one last night and it wouldn't start due to not having the proper ingrediants.

This is what the book said and what we tried:
20 Vials of Regular dragon blood
10 hearts of ancient red dragons
10 blue dragon breath glands
20 ignots of adamantine

He also tried an Exceptional Mithril katana and an exceptional Adamantine katana. Any ideas?

There is 3 different types of dragon blood that I know of, make sure the 20 you are trying to use are maked "dragon blood", not "blue dragon blood" or "red dragon blood", maybe this will help.

Also, some dragon parts look similiar but are different.

Don't take life to seriously, it isn't a permanent condition.
