Since I have so many characters on the server, I am reluctant to make a new one to test this out...
When playing a subrace with bonuses, it is apparent that the bonuses are enchantments. Are you able to cast spells that enchance statistics that are already buffed by subclass bonuses? Even if you can cast, are they able to stack?
Here's an example... I'm playing an Aasimar and I want to cast eagle's splendor. Is the spell negated due to my race bonuses (+0) , erase the current one for a short time (1d4+1), or stack upon the bonus (1d4+3)?

Im pretty sure they do wierd. i play a half-celestial and buffs recieved have stacked with innate bonuses. Items do as well.

Are you absolutely sure? Items are permissable because they're not considered "enchantments".

I dont know much about subraces, but another point that goes alont with that is that I expect that the +12 restriction is still on your base stat, not the sub-race enhanced stat if it is showing as an enchantment. For a given stat, you may be better off as a built in race with a built in bonus than as a subrace without the initial built in bonus, but with a higher sub-race enchantment bonus. If I am incorrect about this, please correct me - I expect this is the case, but I dont want to spread misinformation.

I won't be able to check till later, I'll try to bring in one of my "dead" chars and see if they affect. Problem is... My druid is only level 1 and I don't want to waste ANY time on crap characters, but we'll see... Ugh, big problemo..
((Sad thing is, I can't use one of the base classes because I'm planning to use a divine freak, namemly CHA based.))

The subrace bonus does count toward the +12 cap but the total can be enhanced by spells, items etc. as long as you have not yet hit your +12.

The subrace bonuses work exactlly like any spell or item buffing the same stat. The added points count towards your +12 over base stat max (stat changes to green in your character sheet). So if you get a +2 to str. then wear a +10 ring you have already hit your +12. Casting bull's strenght, or wearing any other str. increasing item, at that point will do nothing for you.

Yes, the subrace is an enhancement that counts towards the +12 enhancement cap.
No, casting a spell with that same buff will not limit the influence of the spell (the cap is in force, but the race-buff and the spell do not conflict one bit!).
Yes, items count towards the +12 enhancement cap, and thus shall count along with the race-buffs and any spell buffs.
Race-buffs cannot be dispelled, as they are not spells as such.
