Ok, yesterday I was telling another player how to unlock debug mode and level characters up in single player mode to test the build for stats, spell slots, etc...
I forgot one very important detail, the 1 after DebugMode, so here are the instructions on how to plan out the building of a character in advance, less equipment and spell scrolls to learn from if a wizard or wizard/pale master combination.
1st: ~DebugMode 1 "Enter"
2nd: ~dm_givelevel 39 "Enter"
3rd: click character with pointer
This does not work on Fredian or other servers, only in modules you have on your own PC while in single player mode.

Don’t really remember but this doesn’t require to change the .ini and add or change the line DebugMode=1?
If you hit ‘~’ and tab (I’m not sure but I think it was tab) after you’ve typed the ‘DebugMode 1<enter>’, a menu will show up, you can modify stats and a lot of other stuff.
IMPORTANT: When you modify stats this way, you’re modifying your character basic sheet, so feats that are not allowed will be, etc. If you’re playing a subrace the bonus points are not in your basic stats, so they don’t count to check requirements. But do this to check how your char really will be in lvl 40.
*EDIT* And also the maximum magical bonus of +12 to any stats will buff, cause you can have +12 to your basic sheet stats, so for instance, if you added +4 just test items that adds +8, cause it will be the max you'll have.

Yes, you can modify stats and other features in DebugMode, but you risk the chance of making a build that is Illegal on servers that enforce legal characters (by NWN standards) so even if you take it to another server there is a chance you will not get it on a server that allows local characters.
If you want to make a small module with items that duplicate items on Fredian with the toolkit, you can then see the final AC and To Hit bonuses.
(Company has arrived, will finish going through forums and onto Fredian later.)

And when you've made a hundred local chars, you'll get to a point where you can just see a class combination x/y/z and already know what feats they took and skill points they have, or just look at it printed out without actually making it.
