I will decline to comment as I have heard Makzimia pronounce it. Besides if you are from a place you pronounce the names like a local, if you aren't, you dont.
If you were from Missouri for instance you would say it miz-uh-rah...I pronounce it like misery (but then I have been there and not just St. Louis which is an okay place for an icky city).

And:
Whillem as will'em
Castille as casteel

But to be honest, pronounce it anyway you like

As long as you're having fun playing the game, we don't care =-)
