Anyone seen not in RP now that the XP / Spawn bug is fixed with another PC in the usual suspect places with a difference of 10 levels or more between one or more upper level party members will result in 2 level loss for each epic level party member above said lower PC.
I have also scaled back to 10 for XP scale instead of 15 which it was to compensate lower down during the bug.
I have given an example in another post of my reasoning on this, it does NOT effect Rping only powerlevelers need worry.
