I was wondering about this slave system. Any one who uses it. How's it work?
Any wanting to use it, maybe a list of replies of people willing to be slaves or owners.
I'll do slave but got to be the right owner and only as an auxilliary charecter to use.

btw, Roster is sometimes prone to be a little quirky Fortunately you are now spammed with a load of debug statements to report to me when it hoses The reason for the slave signup level being less than 5 (or was it 3? I forget) is to enforce the exact kind of thing you are thinking about: making it with an auxillary character. Quite simply, that is something could explode if level 40's with all that time and energy invested get locked into a brutal circumstance. The poor DMs on staff would never hear the end of it. Just go in, sign up, and your character is transferred to a cage of sorts. You then get to sit there on your bum in eternal imprisonment. Not that fun. But someone can come along and buy you. You are then ported out of the cage and you are their slave. They get some tools to smack you around with too. I've seen a few slavers around, many of them are very "evil" personality types. One I know has a "slaver" mentality and is mostly focused on power, control, and torture. I would REALLY like to see the "aristocratic" slaver being RP'd. You know, the wealthy land owner Lord of so and so with his slaves around to merely decorate his entourage or fetch his horse. The horror of it would be you have this demeaning slaver on one hand, but on the other hand, he is a nice guy; he just simply believes people can be owned. He keeps his possessions (slaves included) in emaculate condition and even donates to charity. It is an evil monster with a pretty mask that makes it more of a monster than all the core-evil slavers running around. My 2 cents Anyway, most slave deals should be setup prior to doing things. The dungeon was originally meant to be in a more high traffic area when I designed it, but for because most players cant' seem to get out of the 90's, we had to put it by the falls.

Hmm, sounds like Ahlin;s job when she returns from vacation and becomes politically powerful, and rich!

...
Pits of despair, child, behind the waterfall, hand a left.
Character must be level 5 or below to submit, prices are determined my DM factors. Alignment, I don't think matters...
In order for an induvidual to be placed on the roster, he or she must be present during purchase, namely, just because the slave has signed doesn't mean you can buy it, you must keep the character there to BE SOLD, MAJOR pain.
Because of this, the slaver and slave should work EVERY freaking detail out before purchase... Remember that...
Recomendation, if character is set up for slavery, put a post on the forum somewhere appropriate and state your gender, race, and target playing hours so someone buys you and actually is on to use/abuse you.
((Yes, I just reiterated Addict, now I see why he hates me.))
If Ahlin chooses to return from her vacation, expect a lot of money to be accumulated, and secondly, slaves to be bought, then pretty much trained to be a Neyaite... Then set free to do what they want, other than slander Neyakiea's fairly dirty name. Similar to the aristocrat, but veering toward a duty towards faith rather than being a subjugating creature. Now that is a pretty good use for a diety there, hehehe...
