West styne pvp rules?

As I understand it (and i may not understand it) the rules are as follows:
- PvP is a-ok in west styne with a good RP reason. (as in. someone is shooting off thier mouth about you or pickpocketed you ect ect)
- OOC PvP not for west styne (duleing ect ect)
- Repeated PvP not alowed in W. styne even IC (killing someone they get raised rest refight over and over and so on)

I've been trying to follow those rules because thats what i thought the rules were. But lately i've been geting grief about this ALLOT. So if im wrong would someone please correct me? And if im right someone please confirm this. I'd also like feedback from players on this topic. Personaly I dont see why IC pvp wouldnt be fine in west styne if its a full pvp area. Anywho thanks for any feedback i get.

Pure and simple... West Styne is not your personal fight zone, it is a PvP area so that retaliation and pickpocket, by rules, can be done, BUT, it is the arrival place for the server, and as such, I prefer, in other words you won't, use it for continued fighting, take it out, there are MANY places to go, use them please.
