How do you get to have a "Base Class" and then another?

So would I do: Dwarf Earth Genasi? (ok, spelling may be off but you should get the point).

You can do that... But then you would not get sub race abilities if you did "dwarf Earth Genasi". Just pick dwarf as your race and click sub race and copy/past the sub race you want. Dwarf wont show up but your a dwarf
