Why in the dirty mothers green shoes are the CEP heads no longer working i KNOW its the server for the following reasons,

Yes, I made a character with a CEP head
Now, I cant use the CEP heads when creating a character
Tested, First i reinstalled CEP and tried again...no luck NEXT i tried using modules they DID work now after all my studies that it is now PROVEN that CEP on the SERVER is not WORKING not my PC or anyone ELSES now if you found this message realy ANNOYING with the word EXCLIMATING please reply and tell me whats WRONG with the SERVER ....THANK YOU

Follow this link and it's instructions on use of heads, they are not related to the NORMAL installation of CEP. Once you have done this, heads work

trust me. And it is NOT Server related, it is purely client
