Added book and necessary scripting for backend of objects etc.

Oh yes, it can only be used 5 times per day for it's unique spell and is MAGE specific, and lastly, requires at least a level 13 to use.

What book is it and where do you craft it etc? cant figure out what you mean with "added book"
