I just wanted to say thanks for the race put on by addicted. Those of us that participated, really enjoyed it. I just wish more people had showed up!
The race was cut short by a server crash, but addicted was still nice enough to hand out some prizes. I know some people didn't participate because they didn't feal they could hold up against the monks.
Addicted previously stated that monks would be taken into consideration, and that a monk being ahead of you wouldn't necessarily mean less xp, or lower prize for you.
I'd recomend everyone who can, to sign up for the next race. Even if you don't know the island (I've been here about 2 months now?) You can always send tells to random people and see if they will answer
. It's a great way to explore the island, prove your abilities, and earn something for it.
Please, the next time you see a race open, sign up! It's worth it ;D
