Even oldtimers could use advice..

Hello all. As I am working my way into more and more activity, I think that our public might have some good advice for me, maybe even for our fellow DMs because we are always looking for ways to improve. As I am philosophical and a PW and Multiplayer game fan, the concepts of world management and DMing in general are always something I like to go toe to toe with.

Tell me what you think would make a good DM in a multiplayer environment like Fredian's. All comments are welcome. I really have to take a look in the mirror if I am to function as the best DM there can be...

You'll find I don't post much unless I have something to say.
In my humble opinion DM interaction is wonderful here. I've seen plenty of planned events, long term plots and a lot of on the fly ones. Anyone that thinks there should be more really isn't looking.
Like Silentus mentioned in another post quite a few players also make their own RP fun with or without DM help. There are a few minor things that would help with the PW in general but all in all I think it's fine.
The DM's are not out of touch at all however it seems your world is growing apace and I think the players in general need to get the new ones more involved.
