Actually, for the serious side of the post...
I've noticed that there are two daggers that are reknown and I think a couple others have buddies. Honestly, I think all the weapons (Excluding CEP) should have some sort of mutual respect from the crafting community. Really, I'm praying for an erasure of that "second" dagger and something else if there is the dupe, to give a home to a DWA and Whip, and also perhaps a shortbow, since we do have a lot of halfies running around these days, who can't use the bow of death.
Why do I cry? Only because as a WM, I'm short handed as a potential damage dealer in comparison to other 1 handed WM styles, though my AB is safe ((Thank goodness the normal myrk isn't too terrible))

I'm actually thinking of taking a little break before fixing up that big glob that is ATS. I did a lot of updates the last two weeks and I'm tired Keep in mind I program all week. It is kind of like a bus driver riding a bus after work... I got to make a list of items and then check it with the convo list and blah... eww.. might add a DM weapon and just test to see if it is there.... I hope I remember to delete it before sending the fix though.. Server could get a little wild

I would hate to see the removal of weapons like that. If the bug that's preventing new custom ATS items can't be overcome, I would prefer the removal of normal items. Take a look at the dwarven axe thing, there are like 5-6 metals available for that weapon. Make others like that and you will free up slots. So instead of longswords available in every metal, just pick a few and spread it out. Do that x the number of weapons alone and you free up quite a few slots. Again, only if the bug couldn't be over come in the first place. I think we (haha, like I'm going to do anything )should look at that first before we remove items.

You have a misconception of the problem Phoenix. Removing metal types will not do anything , those will always be fine, BUT, adding a new type of class of weapon, and or new custom one off, is where the problem occurs.... ie: when I wanted more arrows. Makz.

Heh, if the DWA and the whip came before HoTU they would have a weapon, for the most part...
Oh well, too bad for me, I can only pray.
Lol, and if anybody has any doubts on a whips power, remember, the same skill a whip uses is the same as a cat-o-nine tails...

I just started thinking, and I've noticed many players justify the DWA's crappiness because it's not dwarf only...
It's an axe for goodness sake and is not big enough to outride a player's size... Just because it's dwarven really doesn't mean that a medium sized creature can't hack with it. From what I've seen from the waraxe, its a axe with a bigger blade size.
Its like saying elven chain only can fit elves... It's a style of crafting, not necessarily placed on one race's specifications. ((though work well with them))
