I just want to clear something up. I know the old deposits of Myrkandite and Adamantine are gone . I noticed that in one of the updates Makz mention that Myrkandite and Adamantine can be spawned in at a low percentage rate now. Does this mean that all Myrkandite and Adamantine in the game are a luck of the spawn now and that one time I could walk into a screen and find the ore and the next time I could not? Please one enlight me on this subject if they so deem me fit to know.

It means that the mineable rocks that are in now, have a small percentage chance of spawning one of those at that same spot as perhaps say copper or iron. They are defined by mineable rock, no other ore says that Hope that helps. Makz.

OK, I have another question then, but first let me make sure I understand the way it's supposed to work.
There are locations that Myrk/adam spawn (same location that you moved them to just before you changed them to random spawns), only now other ores may spawn instead of the rare ore. If you spawn the lower metal you can't simply leave the area and come back, because the rocks are persistant (leaving the area doesn't help). In order to find the rare ore, you need to mine that rock until it's destroyed and hope for the it when the rock respawns. Correct?
If all that's correct there may be a problem with the alternate rocks that are spawning instead of the myrk./adam. Those rocks seem to be indestructable. I have tried to mine them, and did well over about 600HPs in damage (normal rocks take 200). I also cast a spell on the rock (one of the few that does damage) and did over 3000HPs to the same rock (after mining it), and still the rock stayed. It was taking damage, the script looked normal, damage #s were floating above the rock.
I tested this out on both the adam. and myrk. locations (1 each) I know about (most testing done on adam). The myrk location also had an odd rock that coudn't be mined (or destroyed).
Hopefully I got it all wrong, but to me, it seems like the only way to get myrk or adam right now is if the server spawns it on the first spawn after a server reboot.

Yes, they have to be mined out each time to reveal a fresh type of spawn. *LOL* hmm I guess the 10000HP actually is working on them, when they are just a mineable on them. I'll modify them down to 1000HP for when nothing spawns on the one, I think, you are talking about Makz.

10,000. That's evil, even *I* didn't try that hard. Something to consider, this encourages dropping junk on the ground until something (adam/myrk) spawns and could lag the server. BTW, I like this idea behind the new spawns for the ores. This + moving them from time to time will make them much more rare.
