Greetings fellow Fredians,
once again we have new stuff, and again, THANK YOU! to those that have voted so far on the nwvault poll for best PW, I think when the tally is done later today, we will have taken number 1 spot

Anyway,
1. Added Building row 5, Inner Styne Harbor, 3 levels, encounters, treasure etc.
2. Fixed Reman Quest spawn of Golem *HOPEFULLY*, I only changed an int check from <=2 to ==1 but who knows
Various other little misc. things.
