Greetings fellow Fredians,

Todays updates are a mix as normal, I am feeling a little better so I started tackling one of my personal hates again...

1. Added new building row in Inner Harbor of Styne, that makes most of them full now, I will eventually get them all filled... I never have liked doors for the sake of doors. This is a three floor job as usual.

2. Modified various spawns.

Various tweaks.
