Greetings fellow Fredians,

those of you who have been around a while will know this is late for my usual update, and therefor, bigger than normal... well you are right

1. Added what will be last of arrows I will be adding. These include +1 - +3 in basic, hooked and bladed, also Arrow of Fire, Ice, Thunder (sonic), Lightning & Acid. Also have updated the basics of fletching to have the recipes in for these.

2. Fixed Exceptional Silver Great Axe stats.

3. Stopped Ke'haar use in West Styne. Now watch for those to complain that never read

Other small tweaks.
