Greetings fellow Fredians,

Todays updates include.

1. Added Goldweaver, Gold Dragon for DM plot.

2. Added Sil'Rathi Lithf'yrin, Drow Elite for DM plot.

3. Added DM wand for NPC Activities AI change ( hopefully) not tested yet, working on theory, and waiting on Deva for confirmation that my code works.

4. Checked and changed various encounters in various areas.

5. Hopefully, fixed Carralus to use the addicted AI properly, by removing all special abilities and spells of him.

6. Checked and adjusted various waypoints of NPC's involved in day to day activities.
