Greetings fellow Fredians,

I am still being good, small fixes/tweaks again.

1. Removed brick paving from The Lumix Grande Opre... no idea why CEP team didn't make them walkable.

2. Modified Fredian Stepps icy zones a little

3. Checked Thruld for mispelling of M'Lady and fixed to my Lady instead. Weird stuff with using a ' because of it being a token of sorts for NPCacts now.
