Today's updates are minor again.
1. Fixed a certain merchant who still had +10 and +12 thieves tools.
2. Added more Staves to Mages Fair in Castille Harbor.
Performed CD backup of Server Vault and DB.
On a side note, I am working on several things, including a more level based spawn setup, it is based on my new night spawn script I made... no promises on when it will be done, but, I am getting the elements together. When done it will be used in conjunction with existing encounters, as replacing them all, would take me forever, and of course totally used in any new areas.
