Greetings fellow Fredians,
Today's updates are fixes, mostly from addicted.
1. Added fix to check for use of ' in some players names not being taken care of correctly in DB for jail system.
2. Added more DC to lasso for knights to make it more possible for them to jail a culprit

Addicted's notes.
-the ' in the name of a jailed player is now handled
-exhauster TMI is solved a bit better
-lasso DC increase by +2 (up a total of +5 from when
the system was first made)
3. Added various fixes to do with slave system, including fix for use of ' in players names in DB.
Addicted's notes.
-This one deletes local slave listing vars when one
starts the roster, hopefully listing slaves correctly
4. Added a fix to Bard's Gauntlet quest, it wasn't taking the gloves off you, it should now, I think, not a major thing, just to make it tidy.
