Hi all, don't know if this is the right forum, but it looks to me as "technical" When i logged on today at about 04.00am CET, there where 2 characters in my vault that don't belong to me, namely STORM and NATHAN CROSS. I don't know what happend there, but i just wanted to inform Makz about it. Something different...when i try to view, e.g., the IoF timemap at www.stopokingme.onasoapbox.com/FredianPage/map.jpg, i always get the site of www.web1000.com/, it just jumps there, no matter what. I'll be on vacation from 26 july --> 2nd august, so i won't be online Munshun (Zaal d'Anjal, Quazz't Turkink, Martel)

Nathan Kross is my new character I made since my other character Daemus Kross hasn't been fixed yet. I did notice that the server was lagging awful bad today and I did get disconnected twice while playing. Could this have been the cause?

This is caused by someone playing with multiple computers on the same network. More notably, a LAN. You most certaintly can do this, but you must configure your setup right. For more information on this, read here: makzimia.proboards19.com/index.cgi?board=Support&action=display&thread=1087134689I hope this links cause with effect better. It is unlikely Munshun is the LAN player. It should be daemuskross if I remember how the duping bug went.

So what else could cause this?

Very strange...i'm not on a LAN either. I'll log in right now and check again. After that, i'll be on the before mentioned vacation for 2 weeks. Problem is solved when i'm back, i'm sure of it Munshun (Zaal d'Anjal, Quazz't Turkink, Martel)

Now I'm really confused The ghost player (the LAN person) associates itself with someone, and I think that person is random, or it might have to do with the connection order, which is just as well random. This association is rather strange, all messages the ghost hears the associated person also hears, etc.. People can kill the ghost, but it never really dies/goes away (even the LAN player killing his/her own ghost). I do think the if said "associate" player kills the ghost... Nevermind oh well, the mysteries of bioware run deep.
