Zachaz is an Elf of average height, with hair distorted by his magics so it is coloured a dark blue/black.
He has serene, even noble and handsome features, which are marred by the near constant sneer on his face.
Zachaz has traded much of himself to wield the power he does now...he has a skeletal arm, marking him clearly as a palemaster, and he also carries with him a staff of magus, an item he has carried for many years.
Zachaz reached a position of great responsibility early in life as an elf....he was merely 90 years old when he was appointed advisor to the Queen of his Elven home. (which will remain secret...Zachaz will never reveal where he comes from.)
However, something happened to Zacahz of a personal nature and he began delving into the arts of necromancy, digging up the corpses of fallen comrades, pillaging the loot of the long dead, looking for any hidden secrets..
Eventually, he was discovered, but not before many years had passed, and he had grown powerful in his art.
By this time he was more powerful than any of the mages in the kingdom and the elves banded together to fight him..... he was captured finally after a mighty battle of mage craft that lasted for many days.
He was sentenced to be executed for his crimes, but something happened at his execution....and he arrived at fredian instead...stripped of his power.....but he had cheated death.....
