I sat there in front of the Gnome that had killed so many and managed to stay very cool. Knowing that any moment my death was close. I waited I did not dare to look the gnome dirrectly in the eye. I could not, the fear would have over taken me then I would not be able to do what I need so much to do. After waiting for days the gnome spoke up and finally moved from his stoned like state. He looked at me and stated "Who are you and what do you want."
It took me a while to say anything back tring to wiggle the words though my lips. "Sir. Getty.......I was wondering.........could you please not burn my farms anymore?"
The Gnome got next to me his dagger right to my side. " Yes I will not bother with your farm anymore, but it will cost you."
I was so happy the price did not matter. Now maybe I would not lose my farm. " What is this price sir?"
" O nothing" He replied
With that I took my leave and headed back to the farm. When I arrived there I could not believe what I had found. My wife was murdered and my child. I mean my god he was only five! I screamed as loud as I could but noone was there to here my cries. On the wall in the bedroom there was written in my wifes blood -bring me the amlet.- What does this mean, I do not know? My wife and child are gone now though, and I am sure if this book gets in the wrong hands I am dead as well. So I am fleeing and leaving this book.
