Adventures in the realms come and go and was so with Mannis redbeard. Having defeated ungodly foes and found countless treasures in his youth, Mannis retired to his home. Honored with the titles of Weaponsmaster and Defender of his clan, Mannis' retirement had him settled in to crafting weapons and armor for other adventurers.
His goods were highly sought after as he himself had been an adventurer and knew what was needed to outfit them with the best they could use.
But as time dragged by for Mannis, he realized that retirement was not meant for him. Leaving his shop, he placed his brother Figan in charge and returned to the life he loved. Not wanting to leave Figan with all of the responsibilities of the shop, Mannis continues to mine and craft. Returning to the clan homestead with goods for Figan to add to the shop.
Knowing that shear muscle alone does not win the day, Mannis started a clan called The Dwarven Defenders. Finding his old freind the Paladin Axle Ironforge, they teamed together to forge this clan.
Traveling throughout the realms they added to the defenders. Clerics, Mages, Barbarians, and many more. Even a rogue or two. Many fell away and many fell. From the fearsome Crags of Exaria to the Desert Ruins of Lorima, the heros sought to battle the evils that tried to bring darkness to all of the realms.
Mannis had heard from many sources the there was a demon dragon on an Island. That Island was named Fredian.
And thus begins a new chapter in the story....
