Ok I feel dumb, I have been trying to get a custom picture as an avatar. I have gone through the profile trying to figure out how...
I have used just a plain url and an html image but it all comes up blank. Can anybody tell me what I am doing wrong?

I'm not expert on this, but I think the portrait would have to be on the server as well as on your comp for it to work.

no the avatar must be on a website somewhere just type in its URL and it will appear
i sound smart :-)
go to properties when you rightclick on the pic you want youll see the address there thats it done.

Reply, Ok I am still lost on how to work this because every time I used the avatar height it went to a blank pictureless state. But for right now I got picture.  I can't see where I worked differently than before besides the avatar height but the picture seems to be working, if not a bit squared off... ...Works for me... ;D |
