You have to register, and wait for an e-mail. It took a day or so with my account. The problem with some free image hosting comapnies is they restrict access to specific sites, which proboards19.com isn't one of. Anyways, I'm using this for my avatar, so it's kosher. Not sure of the file limit size, though...
