Besides, I don't remember how long I've been playing on the server, and you know that I'm fairly influential among some of the players in Fredian... Me and my nasty religion and all, which I hope I get one that I stalked out this weekend.

Sarovek, I think the second image needs a disclaimer....

wow they are all pretty good saravek
although i think that the 4th one gives an icy image about the island (although half the time its snowing in styne)
id have to go with the first one it looks great.

I'm told that Saroveks images came out of Lineage II with almost no editing. As much as I like them, I'm not so sure we should use them...
Sarovek, if you want to mess with them some so that they are not soley our text on thier background, I will likely use them.
Consider this to be the graphical equivilent to sampling... I don't know that we care if the work is copied in parts, but avoid whole images from elsewhere. Cella's is a good example - she is using Clyde Caldwell's very recognisable green dragon head, but has not used it in its original context.
I do not know the game Lineage 2, so if I have been misinformed here, please feel free to correct me.

Yes Silentus, and regardless of it that is from that particular game or not, I would prefer that only mostly original at least material went up please.

I cant wait to get my intous2 pad, then I'll really be able to shoot out some sweet stuff, but I think I'll work on the Ahlin Project instead over the summer.

I was wondering that too... But it looks rustic, like back in the gold-box FR days with the Amiga triumphing over the gaming scene.

No, it isn't hand drawn (so far the only thing that was custom created at all was my original and Weirdness' gold one). However it is a compliation of 4 separate images that are not extreamly well known (Clouds from one, Castle & Bridge & right hand trees and grass from another, Mountains from a third, and the text). All that sized, color corrected, floped, etc... so it is basically semi-original in the same way that Puff-Daddy (P-Ditty or whatever hes calling himself today) is Here are the sources: 1. Cloud source  2. Castle, bridge, and tree source  3. Mountain source  4. Text (by me - though the base NWN font is borrowed)  5. Final  If Makz has a problem with this kinda of work, I'll remove it and prevent others like it (which would include Cella's and my other one), but I think this is probably acceptable.  |

It feels good to know I'm clean in terms of borrowing. I'm looking through all my BILLIONS of screenshots, which are mostly all my lewd gathering ones... I'm planning to make a cute mosaic of things, but I'm really unsure how far I can go with my Succubae screenshots littering my computer, couresty of Jo for occationally dropping some of my "sisters" into visit. I'm working on the Fredian shirt too for the most part, I think the NWN "F" inside of a not-so-basic circle, or maybe encased in a transparent NWN purple sphere might be good, so it can fit on any color shirt for the most part. Below it, of course, Island of Fredian and perhaps some catchy phrase. I prefer the black shirt myself. It's in the works, if I ever could make it to the party, which is unlikely, I would sport it. darn, I wanna go to Dennys... I never have a good reason to go there in Temecula...  |
